Aquatic Leisure runs independent training and adventures for personal and professional growth in Kayaking, Canoeing and Fisrt aid-water safety.
Our training is provided in Bournemouth, the south coast of the UK. Each course is available in all levels, included beginners, intermediate and advanced. The lessons are divided in introductory sessions, practical lessons, tours to explore Poole Harbour, Jurassic Coastline and other local rivers. For the water safety and rescue trainings, we provide the RLSS Open Water Rescue Test, for Activity supervisions, Coasteering and for those who have small pools where a lifeguard is needed.
Whether you are looking for a nice day exploring the outdoors or a new hobby, or an employer searching for a new teamwork building activities and Steg and Hens, Aquatic Leisure is an ideal option. We assure you that Canoeing and Kayaking are an awesome opportunity to traverse calm rivers whilst exercising and breathing fresh air.

Summary Kayaking
We, at Aquatic Leisure, run sessions of Kayaking training for individuals, groups for up to 4 people whilst pleasing all the custormer´s requests. Look below the range of courses we provide:
- One 2 One Coaching: This is the training provided for individuals, to meet the water sport and to improve personally.
- BCU One Star Award: Here, we will teach you the basic tokes and boat control with the foundation skills to start. This is a flat water award.
- BCU Two Star Award: After you passed the BCU One Star Award, you will continue to improve the fundamental and basic paddlesport skills on flat water.
- BCU Three Star White Water Kayak: At this level considerate yourself an intermediate water paddler. Here you will upgrade the water to a moderate knots and enviroments.
- BCU Three Star Kayak Touring: These level include open water and "upgraded rivers".

Summary Canoeing
At Aquatic Leisure you can take Canoeing training sessions, for groups or individuals. We offer a range of courses, which includes sessions for everyone - from beginners to advanced rowers. Please, see below our list of different activities:
- One 2 One Coaching: Perfect for individuals trying to improve their paddling skills and knowledge.
- BCU One Star Award: For the beginners. In this one, you will learn the basics - strokes, boat control and the foundations.
- BCU Two Star Award: Just to take the next step, after passing the One Star Award.
- BCU Three Star Canoe Touring: Here, considerate an intermediate paddler and let´s continue to progress!
- Foundation Safety and Rescue Test
For each course, firstly, we will orient you depending on your age and experience. With almost thirty years of experience, we guarantee a great adventure whilst learning and enjoying the beautiful, vast ocean. Rivers are another option, calm knots for those who haven´t gained confidence.
