If you are a lover of water sports and want to get away from conventional practices, Abel Lago Watersports invites you to discover Paddle Surf, an activity resulting from the union of surfing and of canoeing that is gaining followers every year. Once upright on the board, you must propel yourself using the paddle, which will allow you to slide on the surface and fight against the force of the sea when you crown the best waves.

It is not necessary that you have previous experience or be in a certain physical condition, you just have to come wanting to have a great time and adopt a hobby that will become one of your favorite sports. Furthermore, thanks to the conditions provided by Galicia, you can practice it on Playa de Muros during all times of the year.

You will have a complete sports and safety team at your disposal, in addition to the company of qualified and experienced instructors. You will start with an Initiation Course and you can continue with an Advanced level, which includes crossings along the estuary and the coast. We want anyone to be able to live this adventure, that's why we adapt to your characteristics and needs, also offering courses for the little ones in the house.

We provide you with all the sports and safety equipment so that you only have to worry about having a great time. The first contact will be with the Surf Baptism, in which for 2 hours you will learn the nature of the equipment, its use and placement, in addition to the theoretical briefing on the beach and the practices in the sea. It will be carried out in small groups to guarantee personalized attention and optimal safety.

For those who have previous experience, they will be able to focus on perfecting their technique and rubbing shoulders with surfers of recognized prestige. If you wish, you can get longer Packs or opt for a private course where you will have the instructor at your entire disposal.
