Bodyboard House offers surfing and bobyboard lessons accessible to all at Lacanau Océan.

The courses, training courses and stays offered are for everyone: from kids to competitive riders. This is why you will inevitably find the formula that suits you in order to learn surfing in the best conditions, in a personalized way.

• Group lessons : The perfect formula to discover the basics of surfing, in a friendly and safe way
• Private lessons : To learn effectively in the company of an instructor who will give you personalized advice
• Courses : over a weekend, a week, for adults or children, numerous surfing courses will be offered to you in order to learn surfing techniques at your own pace li>
• Stays: for minors or adults, stays are on a semi-full board basis

Whatever the formula, know that you will leave with a better knowledge of the marine environment, thebasics of surfingand the safety rules in force
