Alive Surf School

Welcome to Alive Surf School

We are the longest running surf school in Northern Ireland, and will teach you to surf on the beautiful beaches of Portrush. We are a friendly and experienced team, and welcome everyone to our lessons, of all ages and all levels.

We will provide you with all of the equipment you need, including wetsuits, and there will even be a free drink and snack at the end, plus a free hot shower on the beach!

Our lessons last around two hours, and we will teach you to paddle, catch a wave, and then stand up! We try and limit the classes to a maximum of 8 students to make sure you get all of the attention that you need.

We welcome groups such as stag and hen parties, school groups, scouts, birthday parties, and groups of friends who just want to come and try a new, fun activity.

Of course safety is paramount, and all of our instructors are also trained beach lifeguards.
