Without a doubt, coming to this place is something you can't miss, so we have something you will love if you want to live a unique experience. In the city of Beccles, you will have the chance to explore all these corners uniquely: skydiving.

So, if you're ready to fly like a bird, feel that sense of freedom, and experience tranquillity from the sky, read on because we will give you all the information you need to know before you take to the skies.

Where to go skydiving in Beccles?

• Beccles. Your skydive jump from this town will be even better than you can imagine. The adventure will begin in the Beccles airfield and you'll reach 13,000 feet in the air. Reaching this point in the sky will give you a breathtaking view of breathtaking scenery and an exhilarating feeling that will take your breath away. And no wonder! You'll fly over places of exceptional beauty such as the North Cove, Carlton, and Oulton Marshes Nature Reserves and the exotic gardens of Henstead. And if that's not enough, you'll have the chance to see Covehithe Beach and Suffolk Bay in the distance.

There's no doubt that the views will be magical, but we have to tell you that the perfect time to enjoy them is from a light aircraft. Obviously, during the freefall and the moment of the flight, you'll be doing that too, but trust us, you'll get such a rush of adrenaline and excitement in your body that the last thing you'll be thinking about is being able to admire these places from the sky.

• Peterborough. Despite being 113 miles from Beccles, this same flying school also offers its services from the town of Peterborough, one of the oldest airfields in the country. So, if you're looking for a unique day of skydiving and Beccles is a long way away, and you don't want to drive the 3 hours, you can always come here for a thrilling experience. From the top, you'll have spectacular views across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, and Essex.

Whether you come to Beccles or Peterborough airfield, your skydiving jump will be unforgettable. Instructors will be on hand to help you at all times and will explain everything you need to know to ensure your flight is safe first and foremost. Also, if you come to jump for the first time and think you are not ready enough, you can do a tandem flight with one of the instructors. This way, you won't have to do anything more than enjoy yourself from the sky, as he will be in charge of all the techniques and opening the parachute when the most awaited moment arrives.

What is the minimum age for this activity?

We would love to tell you that this activity is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or physical condition, but the truth is that it is not. We know that children are the first to dream of being able to fly like a real superhero. However, the required age is 16 years with parental consent, otherwise, people under 18 won't be able to join. Once they reach the age of majority, they will be completely free to jump as many times as they want. If you suffer from any heart disease, companies will require a medical certificate to prove you can jump without any problem.

What is the weight limit for this experience?

As we previously mentioned, to be able to skydive, you have to meet some requirements. Having a good fitness level is the first one. Therefore, if you want to come and enjoy what will be the most exciting experience of your life, you must not exceed 15 stones if you are a woman and 16 stones if you are a man.

What to wear on the day of the jump?

We recommend that you bring the most comfortable and warm sportswear possible. Shoes that fit well (do not wear flip flops or high heels). Everything else will be provided to you on the day of the activity, a jumpsuit, goggles for the wind (if you wear goggles you can cover them with them) and obviously the rest of the necessary equipment to perform the jump.

How long does this activity last?

Your skydiving jump will last around two hours, excluding the preparation beforehand, tuition from the instructors and the time before jumping. However, from the moment you open the skydiving parachute until you land on the ground, the flight time will be about 7 minutes.

And if you're wondering how long it will take you to freefall, don't be afraid, because it will barely last 90 seconds, although it all depends on the height you're at, and the clothing you're wearing. We suggest wearing something tight, in addition to a jumpsuit, as this will allow your speed to be greater and the force of the wind to push you more easily. But be warned, you'll be going at full throttle anyway, as you'll reach a speed of 200 kilometres per hour, exceeding your expectations!

If you've made it this far, we're sure you can't wait to do it, and we've got everything ready for you to join us on this adventure and fly to the top with us!
