Escola Nàutica Palamós

Escola Nàutica Palamós is one of the most prestigious nautical schools in the province of Girona that is dedicated, among other activities, to teaching courses and workshops whose objective is to obtain of different nautical qualifications. We have the homologation of the Generalitat of Catalonia.

Our headquarters are located in the port Port Vell de Palamós, and the team is made up of the best experts in shipping matters. Our students receive a high pass rate.

The classes are personalized, which is why we take care of forming small groups so that the treatment is adapted to the needs of each student.

We currently have courses to obtain different licenses such as:

• Federal Authorization
• Basic Navigation Pattern: will allow you to handle boats up to 7.5 m in length with motor and 8 m in length with sail. He is also certified to operate jet skis.
• Recreational Boat Skipper: you will steer pleasure boats up to 12 m. Yacht Skipper: allows you to use pleasure boats up to 20 m in length.
• Yacht Captain: use of boats without limit capacity and with a length that may exceed 24 m.

Obtaining the titles entails the prior completion of some mandatory practices on navigation safety and another related to the use of radio communications (between 2 and 8 hours depending on the course)
