Air Ventures Paragliding School

Welcome to Air Ventures Paragliding School!

We are a fully registered BHPA paragliding school in the beautiful Lake District. We aim to provide our clients with a safe and excellent service. Our team are highly qualified and experienced, and we have the best training gliders and equipment available in this area. For ourselves on producing safe, competent, happy pilots, as our track record will testify.

Look at our Courses!;

• Elementary Pilot: Too become qualified as a pilot, this is your tuition. Begin to fly unsupervised! 
• Club Pilot: Completing the basics at the Elementary Pilot course, at this second and final course, the pilots will learn new techniques like soaring to prolong flights.
• Advanced and Special Courses: Concentrated in cross country and international flights for pilots.

We are open seven days a week, and it is only the weather that might prevent us from paragliding, we need a fairly light wind and dry weather to fly safely. We offer tandem flights, training courses and taster days.

We welcome most ages, from 14 upwards to start flying in the school and 16 upwards to become qualified.   There is no upper age limit!
