Enjoy the Sup

Many companies are dedicated to offering paddle surfing services, but few are dedicated entirely to this water sport. One of them isEnjoy the Sup, eco-friendly and focused on Stand Up Paddle, and that is why we give you several options to enjoy paddle surf boards.

We are Valls, in Tarragona, and here is a good way to enjoy your stay on the Costa Dorada:

• Rental: with the Basic option you come to pick up the board and paddle at our center, while with the Plus option we will take them wherever you tell us.
• SUP Yoga Classes: to have a good wake-up or farewell to the day. We carry out these yoga sessions in the sea first thing in the morning and at dusk, whether in groups or individuals.
• Initiation course: as it is a somewhat complicated sport at first, some learning classes don't hurt. Balance, paddling and changing direction are basic things that you will learn in them.
• SUP pets: We respect the environment and animals, which is why we think they also have a place on our boards and you can take them with you on an excursion through the Mediterranean for 1 hour and a half.
• Night SUP: the spectacle of the moon and stars is more beautiful from the sea, so we encourage you to sign up for this adventure at night paddle surfing. The boards have LED lights that illuminate the path during the experience.
