Wadi Canoas is a company whose main activity is the organization of canoe descents on the Sella River. It is located in the Asturian town of Parres, one hour by car from both Gijón and Oviedo and Santander.

The proposed route has a length of around 14 kilometers, and lasts approximately between 3 and a half and 4 hours. However, it is also possible to do only half of the route and get off at the Toraño Bridge pick-up area. The kayaks are for 1, 2 or 3 people. In addition, Wadi provides everything you need: a life jacket, map, wetsuit if necessary, a waterproof container to store the paddlers' belongings and even a small picnic meal. Upon arrival of the expedition, in the pick-up area, you are toasted with a culin of cider before returning to the facilities to shower and change.

The activity is planned as a fun and relaxed experience. You can stop at any time to take a dip, and there is no need to maintain a high paddling rhythm. In addition, there is always a guide accompanying the expedition to ensure it is safe. At the beginning of it, he will also give a brief theoretical and practical lesson on how to handle the canoe and safety procedures.

Wadi Paintball is a company located in the Asturian town of Parres, which can be reached in an hour from Gijón by car. The route is similar from both Oviedo and Santander.

The game takes place on the playing field that the company has in Arriondas, very close to the offices (the transfer is at the expense of Wadi Paintball). It is a completely natural playing field in which some obstacles and shelters such as palisades or wooden parapets have been installed. However, open spaces are quite abundant so the games are very strategic, and require skill and dexterity.

Throughout the game, different modalities are played, all with different rules and objectives, so that there is always an element of novelty.

The refereeing and supervision of the game is carried out by a specialized monitor, who is also responsible for ensuring compliance with the safety rules. Wadi also takes care of providing each player with all the necessary equipment: protective mask, full-body diver, military pants, neck protector, marking gun and 100-ball magazine.
