Upon request (for small groups of friends) we organize excursions with snowshoes (snowshoes) in the winter months which will allow you to discover wonderful mountain pastures, travel through wide valleys, climb panoramic peaks or... arrive with little effort in a beautiful refuge for a lunch with typical dishes!

We will be able to select the right itinerary for you based on your needs, taking you to discover the Lombardy area and nearby Switzerland.

TracciaTrekking Nordic Walking is an operator based in Como that takes care of organizing your free time in the mountains, allowing you to discover the enthusiasm of being in contact with nature by safely living your desire for sport and of outdoor adventure.

Among the various activities, we organize on request - throughout the year - educational afternoons of Nordic walking, sport walking with poles, a typical sport from the Nordic countries which is attracting more and more interest in Italy.

You can choose between:

• Nordic Walking courses in the Spina Verde natural park in Como
• Personalized training programs in the Spina Verde Park and in the Lariano Triangle. You will be followed by a personal trainer with a degree in exercise science and mountain professionals.

If you haven't done sport for a long time and want to get back in motion, targeted stretching exercises and walks in the woods with progressive commitment are the ideal approach for having fun in the future by taking long excursions in the mountains.
