What makes a leisure activity really special? At Sheffield Laser Tag, we have the answer. You’ve probably guessed it already, but it’s the formula behind our favourite combat sort, laser tag. That formula takes a pinch of teamwork, a sense of danger and a whole bunch of thrills - and, crucially, cuts out the pain, the heavy equipment and the ammunition problems of paintball and airsoft.

You might have played it in an indoor, city centre venue before but that doesn’t prepare you for the excitement you’ll feel at our venue in Tankersley. We boast a large site in thick woodland. The battlefields are expansive and complex, full of natural obstacles and clever installations to keep the action interesting and bring the best out of every player. Our equipment is well-maintained and easy to use, and it even comes in different sizes to allow children of just five years old to play.

We also host paintball for teens and adults because we love a bit of variety. Whichever you choose, you’re in for a lot of fun with us. That makes Sheffield Laser Tag the perfect choice for birthday parties and stag and hen dos, and large group events. We know how to entertain scouts, guides and other youth groups, and large groups of adults too. Bear us in mind for a teambuilding event or a work away-day.

There’s nothing like paintball to take your mind off things, get your heart pumping and leave you with a huge smile on your face. That’s why we at Sheffield Laser Tag are proud to host thrilling paintball games at our venue in the Tankersley area. It’s a great alternative to laser tag, where limited ammunition and a higher incentive to avoid getting hit force you to play tactically!

You’ll never have as much fun in the woods as you’ll have playing paintball on our site. We’ve created a total of six separate game zones in our wooded surroundings that have themes to immerse you in the Hollywood-style action. We distribute markers (those are the paintball guns) of the highest quality to ensure that everyone has a fair chance and safety masks and overalls. Whatever you think before coming, you’re almost certainly going to get hit!

We offer a number of paintball packages to our visitors, each one including full use of the kit and a prepaid quantity of paintballs. This means you can start playing with no hassle and get an idea of how quickly you get through the ammunition before buying more. Paintball is a classic choice for stag and hen parties and birthdays (from the age of 14 years old), and it’s also fantastic for corporate groups and youth organisations.
