Purbeck Shooting School

Purbeck Shooting School specialises in clay pigeon shooting and game shooting. We are recognised for our picturesque location in Wareham, Dorset and a previous winner of the renowned title ´Shooting Ground of the Year´. We work hard to make sure that our site is among the best and invest in constant developments. The site is a mix of heath land and conifer plantation, which enables us to set naturalistic sporting targets in a variety of scenarios. Clay and game shooters alike will not be disappointed.

The school is run by Graham Brown, who has a lot of teaching experience and a keen interest in the gun trade. His aim is to set good testing targets in order to improve the skill and confidence of the average club shooter. The interest of the shooter is our number one priority when designing course layouts.

Purbeck Shooting School is a popular venue for hen & stag parties as well as corporate days out. We host a variety of events each week, which is testimony to our organising skills. No previous experience is necessary, just enthusiasm! Our qualified instructors will guarantee that you are bound to hit at least one of those elusive moving targets.
