An emotion open to everyone starting from 4 years of age (minimum 1 meter in height) thanks to the subdivision by difficulty levels that will allow you to walk in the void and to test yourself with many new ones sensations and skills. Furthermore, the park represents a area of great value from a natural point of view, with many ways to indulge in beautiful nature walks and an area fully equipped for your outdoor days.
Do you like nature? At our park it is possible to get in touch with nature through our paths suspended in the trees. It will be about walking suspended in the void to live a unique experience. It will be an activity full of fun and adrenaline. We have two artificial paths ( Ladybug and Butterfly) and two suspended paths (Hedgehog and Fringuello).

The Nordic Walking instructors of the Parco dei briganti will teach you how to put into practice the perfect technique and propose the activity to all ages, children, adults and seniors, each at their own pace, will find great benefit and a unique and new way to experience nature.
It is an activity born in the Scandinavian countries and was initially practiced by cross-country skiing athletes for athletic training before the winter season. Over time it has turned into a real physical fitness exercise . This activity involves most of the muscles and allows you to tone the buttocks and legs. It is a real open-air gym!
