Nature and Astronomy invite you to live very varied experiences in nature. From Ornithology, to hiking plans and even astronomy in Madrid and Ávila.

Hiking. In the Sierra Oeste of Madrid you will discover areas such as the Fuentelamparas pasture or the Cofio river canyon. All of its routes can be adapted to different levels or group needs. Discover the mountains on foot!
Ornithology. They will take you to see a bird protection area where you can enjoy sightings of different species without interfering with their routines. A true luxury less than an hour from Madrid, where you will enjoy nature and take a short hiking tour. Sighting of species is totally guaranteed.
Astronomy. They will take you to a complex that belongs to NASA so you can see the stars in peace and learn about astronomy. They will take the weather into account so that the sky is clear and they can be seen easily. They have cutting-edge material so that you can discover stars that would be impossible with the naked eye.

Summary Hiking

Ávila and Madrid are perfect areas to practice hiking, so Nature and Astronomy want to invite you to enjoy the mountains and sports. Their hiking plans are varied and in different areas.

Would you like to spend a full day in the mountains? Better half day? The plan is fully customizable, you can come with friends, or if you prefer with family. If there are not enough of you to form a group, you can join one already formed. Children can participate in these routes if they are accompanied; an important fact is that children under six years old come for free.

You will have the opportunity to choose the area between the Sierra Madrileña or Ávila and its beautiful mountains. In both cases a guide will take you up the mountain, on the climb which always costs a little more he will entertain you with the most basic explanations of the area.

To go hiking you only need some mountain boots or sneakers. Bring comfortable clothing, water in a canteen and a backpack with something warm since the mountain is always unpredictable.
