To take the Mezcal Route we offer you two alternatives, you can do the horseback excursion, leaving from our ranch on a guided horseback ride through the fields of agave until you reach a house that produces artisanal mezcal. Another option is to take a guided tour go to the factory and once there learn about the extraction and distillation process of mezcal, from when it is taken from the stem of the agave until it is distilled and left to age in clay or wooden pots.
You will be able to meet up to 3 mezcal communities on this route where in addition to this drink of gods, you will try other typical gastronomic products such as garambullos, dates, quiote, field rat, among others.
