Madrid on Foot is a guided tour company that shows the capital through its routes through the historic center both on foot and riding a Segway. We want you to get to know our city as if it were just another inhabitant, to feel welcomed by its people, sheltered by its streets and to shed light on the multitude of secrets it hides. To achieve this, all our routes will have a warm touch with which you will get to know Madrid in a fun and dynamic way.
Our guides will always maintain feedback with users, they want you to interact with them, ask if you have questions or suggest new places to visit. They will ensure your safety during the tour and will enlighten you about the history, legends and best anecdotes of our city. Cultural, historical and artistic components are mixed in each and every one of our tours.
If you wish, you can visit in a new way such as the Segway. These vehicles provide us with greater freedom of movement and speed when traveling the streets of the capital. You don't have to have previous experience or a certain physical condition, you will quickly learn to drive them and you will reach all the places you want. Before starting the ride, you will have a first contact with the Segway so that you can drive in a completely safe way.
Currently, within our range of activities you can find monthly Hiking outings in the Lobos River Canyon. We will travel to Soria in a private bus and enjoy a day surrounded by nature, in which you will be accompanied by a qualified instructor with whom you will learn about the landscape and the fauna and flora that live there. The meeting point will be the Méndez Álvaro Station, where we will also arrive on the way back.
