AAntonyReviewed the 21/09/12We spent half our time there watching other people ride because they only have six segways, but book groups of twelve! No one mentioned this at all before we got there, and we were quite annoyed that they couldn't be honest about what they were providing.

Dear Sir,
When booking your experience with us we explained clearly about our midweek offers and the relay groups, as you purchased a heavily Discounted voucher for less than half price you were offered the Relay group. Your email confirmation also explained fully what experience you had booked, if you had booked the full safari for the full price at a weekend you would have got a Segway to yourself for the whole drive time.
We are sorry you were not happy with the experience as we do not like any customer to leave unhappy. -
AntonyReviewed the 05/08/12The instructor was very good but with 12 in the group we felt we didn't get fair value for money as there was a lot of waiting around for a turn. We knew there could be 12 in the group when booking but not that this meant we would only get half an hour's worth.
