We have been providing outdoor holidays for over 100 years, and are now the UK’s largest walking and activity holiday company.

We offer you destinations all around the world, as varied as Tasmania to Ireland, or Italy to Jordan. Whether you are interested in cycling, walking, or another activity, we will have an exciting location for you to explore. We also have 19 locations in the UK for you to enjoy, including beautiful areas such as the Scottish Highlands and the Lake District.

Our holidays are a great idea to enjoy an existing hobby, or to take up a new one and learn a new skill. We welcome everyone on our holidays, from beginners to the more experienced, those travelling alone, as well as groups of friends and families.

Boat Holdiays

You can choose a river cruise holiday, and enjoy some of Europe´s great rivers, exploring the historic towns and cities along the way, or choose a combination with a Bike and Boat holidays. This option give you the chance to enjoy two activities, and take in the scenic views from both the saddle and the boat deck.

Cycling Holidays

We offer both Guided and Self-Guided cycling holidays. 

A Guided Tour is a great idea for meeting and cycling with other people, and also gives you that reassurance of being in a group. You will be accompanied by an English- speaking leader, who will use their knowledge and experience to show you around the area and make sure you get the most out of your trip. 

Self-Guided Tours suit everyone, and are our most popular cycling holidays. We will arrange your accomodation and luggage transfers beforehand, leaving you free to cycle along at your leisure. We will provide maps, route notes, and suggestions for what to see on the way.

Walking Holidays

We offer walking holidays in the UK and Europe, with a different choice of walks each day so you can choose the best option for you. If you prefer you can choose easier holidays at the beginning of the week, and then work up to something more challenging by the end. Many of our holidays also include a day with no walking, so you can just relax, explore the area, or make use of the facilities in your hotel or accomodation.
