Snowshoes on your feet, the association's prepared Environmental Hiking Guides (LR 42/2000) of the association will take you to explore the Apennine peaks covered by the snow cover: it will be an unforgettable experience made even more unique by the sympathy and professionalism that characterize all the proposals of this association based in Pistoia, a group of friends first of all, and by the possibility of making a stop for lunch in one of the characteristic local farmhouses, to taste a lunch based on dishes typical.

Walks at Corno Alle Scale during the day, but also evocative snowshoeing in the moonlight await you at Emotions Adventure! We look forward to seeing you!

Emotions Adventure organizes mountain bike excursions between Tuscany and Umbria, in the splendid " Sentiero della Bonifica ", a cycling route and pedestrian which winds through a surprising natural setting and creates a sort of "link" for hiking enthusiasts between the provinces of Arezzo, Siena and Perugia, right along the Canale Maestro della Chiana.

It is a particularly famous route at European level, 62 kilometers long, also ideal for frequenting by families, thanks to the characteristics it possesses, with its minimal elevation gain.

Climbing enthusiasts who do not feel like trying their hand at climbing , will have the opportunity, thanks to Emotions Adventure , to participate in the many lessons-excursions in via ferrata organized by the association in Tuscany.

Accompanied by the West Versante Alpine Guides , the via ferrata course of the association of form of a theoretical lesson and of three outings of one day each.

The theoretical lesson will deal with the techniques to tackle the via ferrata and will take care of presenting the necessary materials for the activity, the three exits instead will take place between the Apuan Alps and the Pisan Mountains, specifically with the three ferratai of:

• Monte Procinto,
• Monte Forato.
• Monte Serradi.

The trekking proposed by Emotions Adventure lead you to discover the most beautiful hiking routes of the Apennines and the Apuan Alps .

Accompanied by the association's trained guides, you can go on surprising itineraries, choosing from the numerous events that Emotions Adventure organizes in all seasons.

Among the most suggestive proposals you will find:

• trekking between the Abetone and Cimone mountains,
• road of the 52 Galleries of Monte Pasubio,
• trekking of the Ring of Monte Matanna - Apuane,
• excursions in Val Di Luce with a visit to Lake Santo Modenese,

Emotions Adventure organizes Nordic walking courses and excursions on a weekly basis.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday are the days dedicated to "Nordic walking" outings, with which you can put into practice the techniques provided by this type of walking capable of activating up to 85% of the muscles of the human body and guarantee great benefits from a physical point of view.

All outings are accompanied by Nordic walking instructor and environmental hiking guide .

The Nordic Walking Basic Course is instead the ideal choice for those who have never tried the technique and want to learn the correct posture to keep when hiking with sticks.

The lessons, two per course, take place in small groups of up to 8 people, lasting about 1h, 30 each and are completed with a full day excursion at the end of the course in the company of the instructor.
