The center is made up of qualified guides and instructors who will be happy to supervise you and show you the techniques in the different activities offered.
In particular, you will have the opportunity to get started in:

• Via Ferrata : more or less difficult cliff routes to gain height and enjoy the landscapes while getting your fill of thrills
• Canyoning: Come and discover the most beautiful canyons in the region, whether or not you are familiar with the practice of canyoning. For beginners or advanced users involving rope techniques, the instructors will take you to small natural paradises carved out by the water.
• Climbing: The cliffs, and in particular the Gorges du Tarn, are a particularly suitable spot for beginners to climbing. The sites also feature long routes that will delight adventurers eager for a challenge.
• Caving: Descend into the region's various caves and discover the underground reliefs forged by mother nature!

Each activity has different levels of difficulty, as well as suitable equipment which will be provided to you on site. The instructors will therefore adapt to your physical abilities and your desires so that you have a pleasant time in complete safety.

The center's instructors will take you to the heart of the different canyons of Lozère. For this, they will equip you with quality equipment. Complete clothing will be provided for a safe outing. In addition, you will be supervised by state-certified guides.

Depending on your experience, you will discover different types of canyons.

Canyons suitable for discovery:

• Bramabiau Canyon
• Canyon des Vignes

Rather sporty canyons:

• Tapoul Canyon
• Canyon des Paillasses

Whatever your current level, you will enjoy canyoning and its fun features: water slides, rope techniques such as abseiling, jumps of varying heights...

Enjoy an ascent on the Grandes Voies in the heart of the Tarn department, whether you are a novice or not.

Discover the magic of climbing and the pleasures of climbing in the region. The instructors take you to the spot best suited to your level so that you can make the most of the adventure.

Novices can embark on an introduction to climbing, whether for half a day or a full day. The instructors will take you to school sites, specially dedicated to learning. You will discover the basics of climbing, including rope techniques and cliff safety!

If you are an experienced climber, know that the center offers you the ascent of long routes in groups of 2 or 3 people maximum! You will go to the Gorges du Tarn to start, or to the Gorges de la Jonte for a day sporting adventure!

Discover the differentVia Ferrata a stone’s throw from Millau in the Tarn.

The center's qualified instructors offer several types of courses depending on your level. Two Vias are available to you:

• Via Ferrata de Liaucous: this route takes place for the day and is aimed at beginners and athletes alike, since 2 distinct itineraries are possible.
• Via Ferrata du Boffi: This via is of intermediate level and will give you the opportunity to observe the vultures from the wall!

To participate, you will simply need to bring sports gear and a picnic. All the equipment necessary for the via ferrata will be provided to you by the professionals on site.

Launch yourself on the ladders, the zip lines, the various rope bridges... in the heights of the Tarn!

The center's instructors take you beneath the soil of the Tarn, in an activity thatcombines natural discoveries and fun explorations.

Thecaving sessions can be organized as horizontal exploration or vertical exploration depending on your level.

You will discover the most beautiful caves and cavities, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced athlete!
The instructors will take you to Castelbouc or La Clujade, for half a day or a full day.

You will also have the opportunity to embark onabseiling in the Caves of Périne or Baoumas.These day trips are suitable for beginners. The rope techniques you will need to complete one of these two descents will be taught to you as an introduction by qualified instructors. The equipment is also provided to you.
