The professionals from La Maison du Plein Air invite you to come and practice canyoning in the heart of the Cévennes. In initiation or sports canyoning, everyone can practice according to their level. La Maison du Plein Air mainly offers two sites:
- La Clue du Haut Tarn : accessible to everyone from 8 years old, this canyon is easy to practice and ideal for starting with family or friends.
- The Tapoul Canyon: a medium-difficulty route that will allow you to get your fill of sensations in one of the most beautiful canyons in the region.
All the equipment necessary for practicing the activity is provided to you on site. At all times, you are supervised by a professional who guides you through the natural slides, and jumps for the most intrepid among you!

La Maison du Plein Air Escaladeinvites you to come and climb whatever your level.
The center offers several types of climbing outings, from initiation to Grandes Routes.
The professionals will offer you the best sites according to your level, your desires, as well as your place of residence. All the necessary equipment will be provided to you on site for hassle-free practice.
Children are welcome from 8 years old and will benefit from personalized advice.
If you already have experience in this area, the instructors will take you on theMajor Routes. From 100 to 150 meters of cliff will allow you to experience rock climbing according to the rules of the art. The Grande Routes can be practiced from 14 years old, and with 2 or 3 people maximum.

- Grotte de Prades: For children aged 10 and over, this via will delight the youngest with its small labyrinths, ladders and aquatic area.
- Clujade Cave : This is an ideal cave to visit with the family. It is accessible to everyone from 8 years old and is a true underground gem.
- Grotte de Castelbouc: a day visit that begins in the village of Castelbouc and ends in a cave that will surprise you with its volumes! This underground walk is accessible to everyone aged 10 and over.

TheVia Ferratais accessible to everyone, including children aged 8 and over. The latter will also find aVia Ferrata that is reserved for the village of Rousses, in theGorges du Tapoul.
For young people over 12 years old and for adults, several types of via Ferrata will be offered depending on your level:
- Via Ferrata de la Canourgue: it is a fairly difficult route which can be covered over half a day and which promises you great thrills
- Via Ferrata de Liaucous: this Via offers different routes allowing you to adapt the difficulty according to your level. It is carried out during the day.
