The Grave Canyoning Guides Office takes you to the Alpes Maritimes for an outing between water and rock!

The instructors will take you to the different canyons of Briançonnais or Vercors. Canyoning outings are organized between spring and autumn. Internships are possible in the heart of the Alpes Maritimes, but also in the Sierra de Guara.

You will go canyoning for the day. The instructors offer you two types of services:

• Discovery canyoning : Enjoy a unique day discovering canyon descent. The instructors welcome individuals and groups of up to 6 people.
• Advanced canyoning: embark on an outing allowing you to learn a little more about the practice of canyoning, both in theory and in practice. You will use different rope techniques and enjoy thrills in the reliefs of this playground shaped by mountain waters.

This is the ideal opportunity to treat yourself to a moment of escape in the landscapes of the different mountain canyons. Equipment rental is done on site.

The Vallons de la Meije, but also those of Chancel, offer you unique thrills when practicingoff-piste skiing. The high mountain guides will accompany you in the most beautiful corridors and valleys of the area, as well as in less frequented sites, only known to mountain professionals. You will have something to please yourself on Chirouze or La Voute, or even in the Rama corridor!

They will also offer youà la carte off-piste staysto meet your every desire!
Please note that the center also offers ski touring services, with numerous adventure outings in the Dômes du Mônetier, Grandes Rousses, Replat Bérarde, Gave Chamonix or La Meije. Classic ski tours or mini raids, have fun!

The La Grave Guides Office offers yousnowboard hiking outings in the landscapes of La Meije.

Treat yourself to morning snowboard rides, or even surf hikes in the great outdoors from La Grave. The specialty of instructors? Take you to the Foleon massif, but also to the Ecrins, the Grandes Rousses or the Queyras.
You can enjoy:

• Tour de la Meije on snowboard : 3-day raid during which you will discover the Col de la Lauze, Passage du Serret du Savon, the descent of glaciers... with nights in different refuges altitude.
• Replat Bérade crossing on snowboard from La Grave
• Enfetchores slope for experienced riders
• Crossing the Dômes du Monetier on snowboard using the Serre Chevalier ski lifts.

Snowboard raids are possible for up to 6 days, as well as tailor-made stays for off-piste and travel enthusiasts.

Numerous snowshoe courses and hikes will allow you to fully enjoy the region's landscapes. You will benefit from full-day or half-day outings, as well as outings at nightfall to enjoy all the colors of the mountain.

This is the perfect opportunity to discover the region’s peaks, and to have plenty of family adventure during your stay in the snow.

Children will find what they are looking for during courses organized during school holidays: little trappers from 5 years old, snowshoe adventure course, learning to build an igloo, outing following animal tracks in the snow, moonlight stroll...

The La Grave Guides Office offers hikes accessible to all, all year round.

You will be accompanied by professionals who will know how to adapt the level of the hikes so that the experience is both fun and sporty for everyone. Many types of hikes will be offered to you to explore the landscapes of La Meije:

• Family hikes : enjoy an outing full of tales and legends. Taking place over a half day, it includes a snack and is accessible to children. A pack horse accompanies you for a 100% natural moment.
• Walking trip to the Land of Glaciers: You will take the cable car and climb to the heights of the massifs! This adventure takes place for the day with a little train ride through the Alpine panoramas.
• Tour de la Meije : 2-day hike allowing you to enjoy a night in bivouac, accompanied by a pack horse.
• Crossings in Haute Romanche: 3 days of hiking for hikers of all levels! From Besse en Oisans to the La Guisane valley, with a little swim in the Grands Bains de Monêtiers, a beautiful panoramic and friendly outing awaits you.

The La Grave Guides Office takes you onclimbing courses.

The office professionals will take you to the high mountains. They will offer courses for beginners wishing to enjoy climbing in a natural environment. They are organized between the month of June and the month of September. These courses allow you to discover outdoor climbingprogressively on suitable sites by progressing in the Vénéon valley, in a climbing school and on pitches in Vallon de l'Homme.

Small group outings for beginners are also organized to encourage initiation on school sites and large equipped routes.

If you already have a low level, you can set off on historic Grandes Routes for an adventure based on mountaineering: Pointe d'Amont, Tete de la Maye, Pilier Chèze, Pics des Cavales... or even embark on the crossing of la Meije over 6 days.

The professionals also take you to the Val d'Aosta massifs, to Mont Blanc, or even to the Italian massifs.

The La Grave Guides Office invites you to discover the Via Ferrata in the Deux Alpes.

The instructors will take you on the most beautifulVia Ferrata in Briançonnais: theVia Ferrata du Clôt. You will set off on the routes taken by the miners of another century. If you are not equipped, you will have the option of renting the equipment.

You can go for a day, a half day, or benefit from a private commitment to go with the instructor in complete freedom.

You will enjoy a climb on the rock offering you a unique panorama of theMeije massif.
The guides can also take you on other via ferrata in the region: Via Ferrata of Villar d'Arène, of Saint Christophe, exit via ferrata of Vigneaux or Freissinière...

Professionals will be able to offer services accessible to young people.

The Grave Caving Guides Office takes you to the differentvercors caves.

Treat yourself to a unique moment of escape by going on ahike in the heart of the region's caves. The instructors will help you discover the Vercors caves, but also the technical basics linked to the practice of caving.

The outings are for the day, and are organized especially for small groups who will benefit from a single rate. You will descend into secret underground landscapes of the Vercors. The center's professionals will give you the benefit of their knowledge, both on caving and geology and the specificities of caves!

This fun and sporting adventure is also educational. It will please young and old alike and will surprise you with its multiple facets.

The La Grave Guides Office takes you onmountain bike rides through the Pays de la Meije.

Treat yourself to mountain bike outings at La Meije. The mountain guides offer you day trips, but also raids organized over several days according to your desires and your level. They will adapt the itineraries to the participants, so that everyone can enjoy the experience according to their abilities and objectives.
