Paintball in nature without polluting?

We make it possible thanks to water paintball !

ASD Dolimiti Adventure organizes totally sustainable paintball games, because instead of containing colored paint bullets, our guns contain water. So we can play without polluting.

Our camp is in the open air and in the nature of the Dolomites forest. It will be like going back in time, playing with your family or friends.

You can play from the age of three and you need to create a group of at least eight people to create two groups of four.

While the maximum number of players is twenty, because the maximum can be ten for each team.

ASD Dolimiti Adventures will take care to offer all the necessary material so that you can build your strategy.

Each of you will have a bib which, if hit, will change color. At this point, the player must stop and can only return to play when the bib is dry.

The goal is to be able to conquer the flag and, therefore, if you are hit while holding it, you have to drop it and then start playing again.

ADS Dolimiti Adventure offers archery activities for everyone .

Just like a medieval warrior, you will have a bow and arrow on your shoulders and take aim to hit the target.

Our course also includes the construction of the arch. We believe it is important to resume our manual skills and to be able to independently manufacture objects with wood and materials that can be worked without undergoing industrial processes.

Just like during the time of the knights, you will not only be able to shoot an arrow, but also to build your own instrument and customize it however you like.

The course, therefore, will be divided into two large blocks:

• Theoretical - practical part with the construction of the bow through the lessons of a master craftsman expert in the creation of bows and arrows.
• Theoretical - practical part, aimed at learning the correct posture, balance and the main techniques to use the bow , aim the target, shoot the arrow and hit the target.

Immersed in the nature of Trentino and in the background of the Dolimiti , at Canal San Bovo , we will imitate the legendary Robin Hood!

It consists in carrying out a walking path , walking accompanied by two sticks . Normally you travel along dirt roads and woodlands and meadows as the bumps and the irregular course of the terrain allow you to train various muscles and to better activate circulation.

ASD Dolomiti Adventure offers you Nordic Walking , a discipline certainly suitable for all ages and which does not require great technical preparation.

Before starting to walk, some suggestions will be given regarding the gait and posture to maintain during the journey. The mechanism of the sticks will also be explained and how to best use them.

It is a sport that brings numerous benefits to the body also from the respiratory point of view.

Walking outdoors and surrounded by nature increases the capacity of the lungs and helps us get rid of toxins.

Furthermore, the proposed routes are particularly suggestive, in particular the one towards the Vanoi Ethnographic Path , along which it will be possible to get in touch with the local traditions and we will visit the Pradi di Tognola , an old inhabited center that has now been converted into a museum, where it will be possible to see the tools and costumes used by the local population. A further visit will be made to the sawmill of Valzanca , now renovated and visible for educational purposes.
