Adventure Park Cimone Quad invites you to the province of Modena to experience the thrill of driving a quad!

The park is built in the wooded expanse that extends right at the foot of the Ninfa chairlift, a particularly strategic position that is easy to reach on foot, parking in the lake rest area.

Our miniquads are particular four-wheeled motor vehicles suitable for both the littlest and the biggest. You will be able to run along a specially set up track in complete safety and where you can have fun challenging your adventure companions with a terrain full of exciting curves and beautiful bumps!

Adventure Park Cimone Parchi Avventura is a theme park in the province of Modena, near Cimone. The aim of this structure is to offer children and adults unlimited fun and adventure! The natural setting is spectacular, in fact we are in the woods at the foot of the "della Ninfa" chairlift.

The acrobatic park routes that you will find inside the Cimone Adventure Park are made up of equipment developed in a scale of distinct heights, which you will tackle equipped with a helmet and harness, with different types of difficulties, including Tibetan bridges, such as cableways.
A progression of height but also of emotions! in an unstoppable crescendo of emotions! Come and experience the adventure in maximum safety!

Here is a description of some activities:

• Sled lift - an adrenaline-filled track developed in height that you will travel on board one-way and two-seater vehicles with speed adjustment controls at your disposal, so that you can decide at what speed to complete your aerial route.
• Snowtoobing - jump on our special inflatable boats and launch yourself along our slopes, equipped with ski lifts,
• Trampolines - perfect for children, they will be able to move around in total freedom and safety,
• Tyroleans - to experience the thrill of flight it is the ideal method, launched at full speed along sturdy overhead steel cables, the park has several Tyrolean ones with different heights for an adventure suitable for all age.

Below is a list and information on routes for children less than 140 cm tall. These routes have a maximum distance from the ground of 170 cm and all end with a Tyrolean loop. Ground assistance by an adult is mandatory.

• Marmot route: the simplest, it is made up of two nets that act as bridges and a barrel, the final zip line is not too long and also suitable for the little ones,
• Hare route: simple to follow, it alternates between several bridges, one with cables, one Tibetan and one swinging bridge, ending with a relatively short zip line.
• Tirola del Lupo route: another simple route but suitable for slightly older children (still under one meter sixty). It is a single Tyrolean, long and with maximum heights of three meters.

Routes for children and adults:

• Briefing route: a demonstration route that is used to show participants how to tackle the steps of the routes they will face,
• Practice Route: as you can well imagine, it is simple and helps you become familiar with the routeschallenging,
• Chairlift route: simple and suitable for both adults and younger people, it is a progression that opens with a naval ladder, takes you through a passage of swinging trunks and a V-shaped bridge. It ends with the Tyrolean like those for kids but on the floor.
• Indiana Route: complex route presents a high degree of difficulty from the beginning, with a start on a bridge and on a slope, it has an alternating course between obstacles of great difficulty and rest bases. The final Tyrolean loop is also quite challenging.
• K2 route: the most complex in the park is also the one that offers the strongest emotions, all the obstacles are based on encouraging the sense of balance.

Adventure Park Cimone Nordic Walking is a park in the province of Modena that offers the possibility of being in direct contact with nature, allowing you to practice sports and spend wonderful days. The center promotes the practice of a new sport through various activities:

• Basic Nordic Walking Course: takes place in 1h30 of lessons; students will learn the basic technique of Nordic Walking, taking care of aspects related to correct body posture, motor coordination, spinal mobilization, foot functionality and muscle toning. The course will end with a walk to immediately put the NW technique into practice; Club rental included, min. 3 people.
• Basic Course Technical Course 1 and 2 of Nordic Walking: takes place in 3 hours of lessons (1h30 per day); on the first day (1h30 of lessons) the students will learn the basic technique of Nordic Walking; on the second day (1h30 of lessons) warm-up and muscle toning exercises will be illustrated, the basic technique will be resumed by adding the teaching of the ascent and descent technique: the rental of sticks is included; at least 3 people can participate.
• Nordic Walking "Wellness" excursions: for those who have already participated in the NW Basic Course, we offer simple guided excursions lasting about 2 hours (including pole rental, min. 5 people)
• Nordic Walking "Fitness" excursions: for those who have already participated in the Basic Course, Technique 1 and 2 of NW, we offer guided excursions on medium difficulty routes lasting about 2h30; (Club rental included, min. 5 people)

Courses and excursions will be held on request in the months of June-July-August-September.

It is possible to carry out courses and excursions throughout the Cimone area according to the logistical needs of the participants.
