Aztec Adventure is based in the exclusive grounds of Sudeley Castle in Winchcombe, near Cheltenham. The grounds of the castle provide the perfect location for our adventure activities:

• adventure buggies
• clay pigeon shooting
• quad biking

However, the mobility of our services means that we may be able to travel to you depending on the activities that you are interested in undertaking.

We offer special activity days for a variety of occasions ranging from birthday parties to corporate team-building days. Our team has over a decade of experience in the leisure industry, ensuring that you will receive an exceptionally high customer service and experience a day that you will not forget in a hurry.

Aztec Adventure Quads or ATVs are designed to drive over all types of terrain at high-speeds. They will push your riding skill and agility to the limit! The rider must wear a safety helmet at all times, and before you are able to ride a professional instructor will show you how to operate your quad bike safely.

You can choose to navigate your quad around a course or we can set up an obstacle course, which is designed to test your skill rather than your speed.  Please drive carefully as the quad bike is under your control! It is a truly thrilling adventure activity and the 1200 acres of land at Sudeley Castle provide the perfect location to enjoy the experience.

Aztec Adventure Buggies are able to drive over the most demanding terrain. An off-road buggy is a recreational vehicle with large wheels and an open frame. We have both single and double-seated buggies. You may choose to drive the buggies around the grounds participating in time-trials or follow a set course.  The adrenalin creates the perfect atmosphere for success and can be a great team-building experience!

The grounds of Sudeley Castle, where we are primarily based, provide the best possible site and terrain to take advantage of the full-potential of your buggy in terms of speed and resistance. Alternatively, you may wish to find out if you can hire the buggies to use in another location depending on the circumstances.

Clay pigeon shooting is a thrilling activity. It demands concentration, a keen eye and quick reactions! Our team of professional instructors at Aztec Adventure Clay Pigeon Shooting will fine tune your skills until you never miss a clay target.

The targets we use are made in the shape of an inverted saucer designed to fly at very high speeds, yet break easily when hit. Each clay target must conform to set international standards to ensure that it flies from the trap and breaks appropriately. The traps are purpose made to launch single or paired targets at distances of up to 100 meters. It is easily adapted to suit a range of abilities allowing you to take note of and confirm your progress.

At Aztec Adventure Archery, enjoy the, what used to be war and hunting activity, now Olympic sport of archery. A completely rudimentary tool, equipped only with a bow and arrow, you control the bow and arrow without any mechanical device. Here they offer top instruction from their GNAS certified coaches so you´ll be hitting the bull´s eye in no time.

A great activity for both individuals and groups, get a little bit of competition going between archers while the instructors keep score for a little added excitement. Excellent for a unique hen and stag do, corporate day or team building, get everyone involved enjoying a confidence building sport!

Defy gravity and take on this thrilling sport with Aztec Adventure Climbing, our 26ft mobile wall means that no matter where you are, or what you are doing, we can provide a fun challenge for you and your group.

Our professional and experienced guides will teach you the basic techniques and how to use the latest in auto-belaying systems, ensuring you get the most out of your time with us, all the while having a a safe experience you will not soon forget.

Once you have the basics and you are feeling a bit more comfortable, we turn up the pace with vertical races of up to 4 people at a time racing to the top to be the first to hit the buzzer, and take home bragging rights.
