Company Overview

At Hacienda Zamná we want you to enjoy a beautiful day in the countryside contemplating beautiful landscapes and discovering the flora and fauna of the region, this through different horseback riding routes that will take you we offer. Our farm is located in the town of Baca in Yucatán.

We have tours for you to discover the beauty of our estate and its surroundings, and other routes for you to discover the most beautiful corners of Baca.

These are the tours we have prepared for you:

Tour of the Hacienda: it is a 3-hour tour where we will take you to discover the surroundings of the Hacienda Zamná, you will be able to contemplate the henequén plantations and the grasslands that surround us. You will learn something about sheep farming and you will be able to carry a lamb. The time of the cavalcade is between 60 and 90 minutes, and at the end, we will offer you Yucatecan snacks and a drink. It is a quiet walk ideal to enjoy with family or with your partner.

Tour to Timul: 4-hour tour where we will ride to Timul to see the town of its magical hacienda with its ancient buildings. The ride will last between 2 and 2 and a half hours and at the end you will be able to eat some delicious Yucatecan snacks with your drink.

The best horsemen will accompany you during this adventure and will ensure that you make a connection with the horse from the first moment and that you enjoy your experience to the fullest.

Don't forget to wear comfortable clothing, preferably long pants, as well as closed shoes, a cap or hat.

We are waiting for you at Hacienda Zamná to live a day in contact with nature and discover incredible sites in Baca, Yucatán.

The tours are shared for a minimum of 2 people, for a maximum of 8.

How to get there?

To get to Hacienda Zamná from Mérida you can take the Mérida-Motul highway and after approximately 22 km, take the detour towards Baca, Yaxcucul, just before going up to the bridge. At the roundabout under the bridge you will turn left to enter the town of Baca and you will continue traveling on 20th Street until you reach 21st Street, which is a small avenue. You will turn left, advance 2 corners and immediately turn right to return to 20th Street. You will continue traveling on 20th Street approximately 1 kilometer until you reach to 11th Street, where you will see a sign in the corner on the left side that indicates Hacienda Zamná, there you will turn left and continue on the paved road for approximately 5 km until you reach the Hacienda Zamná chimney, where you will take the road to the right for 1 km until you reach the sign for the neem road, there you will turn left continuing on the paved road and approximately 600 meters you will find the entrance gate to the Hacienda, where we will be waiting to welcome you. Remember that all our services require prior reservation.
