Caminito del Rey

Dare to take an incredible excursion following the Los Gaitanes Gorge with your ticket to the Caminito del Rey. It is a linear itinerary through the mountains of Malaga in which you will take a route of about 8 kilometers. At an average pace, it takes around 2 hours 30 minutes to reach the El Chorro area where it ends.

You will find it in the interior of Malaga between the beautiful Antequera and Ronda mountain ranges and, through it, you will be able to see the road that was built to assist the hydraulic infrastructures that were created last century. . Today it is a spectacular route at altitude, following the rock, from which you can observe the entire environment through walkways protected by railings.

Both adults and children from 8 years old can access it. If you go with minors, remember to bring their identity document or, if they do not have them, a family book, so that they can prove that they are of the minimum age at the time of entry. With this only clear requirement you can choose between:

- Entry on your own: to do the visit at your own pace independently, for which you will be provided with safety material and you will be under civil liability insurance.

- Guide tour: you will walk along the Caminito de Rey with a tourism professional who will tell you about its keys and historical steps in groups that do not exceed 25 visitors.

You will find it open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:30 a.m. Between October and March it closes at 3:00 p.m. and during the rest of the months at 5:00 p.m.
