With our Wood Oven Pizza course, you will discover all those little secrets to become an expert pizza chef or simply make delicious pizzas at home. All with the Gulf of Salerno in the background!
Our program includes:
- A first phase, where the staff will be introduced, welcomed and the true history of pizza will be explained;
- The second phase is the actual laboratory, you will have to get your hands dirty!
- In the last hour we will eat pizza and there will also be drinks included (water and beer) and a dessert offered by us!
