If you are a wine tourism enthusiast and want to discover the fascinating world of the Oltrepo vineyards, in this offer we will propose a tour that you cannot miss out on!
You will have the opportunity to visit the company's wonderful vineyards with the presence of an expert guide who will explain in detail how wine production takes place from cultivation to bottling. You will physically follow the various phases starting the tour outdoors among the vineyards and then continuing in the cellar and in the aging room.
The tour will have a particular focus because it will be totally focused on the production of wines according to the Classic Method.
The explanations will be accompanied by the tasting of 4 sparkling wines: Inganno 572 Brut, Pinot 64 Brut, Poggio del Duca Pas Dosè and Cuvèe Rosè 2015 Pas Dosè.
To accompany it, you will also be offered a tasting of a cut which includes: cured bacon, smoked goose breast, seasonal vegetable flan, baked rice timbale, warm guinea fowl salad.
This is certainly the perfect opportunity for all those who want to approach the world of oenology or for the more experts to refine their knowledge of the classic method.
