Here you can take part in an introductory archery lesson, assisted by expert federal instructors who will be able to help you at any time. The lesson lasts one hour and is divided into two parts: an initial briefing, in which the safety, posture and breathing rules and the main shooting techniques will be explained to you.
In the second part, however, you will have to put into practice what you have learned by trying to exercise your concentration and aim at the target. We are sure that this introductory lesson will make you fall in love with this sporting discipline which will help you train strength but focus better on your goals, training your ability to concentrate.
We are waiting for you in Salerno, our classes are open to all those over the age of 10.

When your activity starts and finishes
The activity can be carried out every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The time must be established with the property after booking.
