We started the route in EL Borge around 10 a.m. in the morning. From there we will set the traditional oil mill in the town of La Axarquía as our first stop. Here we will check the system used over time to obtain liquid gold, based on prey and large stones.
Our appetite will have been awakened so that we will have breakfast "like a lifelong miller." We will have bread with oil, fruit, coffee or infusions for those who prefer it.
We will go out to explore the streets of the town until it is time to enter the vineyard so that we can be explained what the harvest is like. We will visit the entire winery and the local popular arts museum. We will participate in a tasting and we will open our stomachs again to eat in a restaurant. The meal will consist of starters, a main course, dessert and two drinks per person.
