For lovers of nature and traditional gastronomy, we have a unique getaway in Colmenar de Oreja that you cannot refuse. Located a short distance from the capital, you can visit the vineyards and wineries with us to experience first-hand their preparation and production.

We will start with a hiking route towards the vineyards, which will take us about an hour and a half. Then we will visit the winery and the cave, where we will talk to you in great detail about its production and conservation. All this before tasting a wine tasting with appetizer included.

After chatting and learning about the life cycle of wine, we will sit down for dinner. We will indulge ourselves with a board of cheeses, chicharrones, migas and stews.

Everything is ready to welcome you and for us to return together to traditional gastronomy.
