Deal overview
It doesn't matter if you haven't tried it before. You'll be under the guidance of a professional instructor who will share a briefing, land lesson and progression coaching before departing. Then, you'll have 15 minutes on the water to get an unmatching adrenaline dose and stunning views of the Newhaven coast.
We supply all the equipment, including wetsuits, life jackets, boards, boots and gloves for chilly days. You must bring a towel, spare warm clothing and a swimsuit. We don't expect you to be a professional swimmer, but you must feel confident in the water to join.
The minimum age to participate is eight years old. We welcome individuals and groups of up to six people. Please arrive 20 minutes before your session to get ready and start on time. We want you to get the best out of this experience!
