It perfectly mixes effort, technique, relaxation and beauty of the scenery.
Along your route, you will encounter suspended nets, zip lines up to 100 meters long, various bridges ... Our instructor is very attentive, he will adapt to your pace and help you progress throughout the activity. He will also suggest that you stop a little at the top of the massifto admire the view from your altitude.
We will meet you at the Via du Boffi car park. Your guide and his good humor will be there to welcome you, and give you the necessary equipment to carry out the activity. You can chat with him about his experience and the activity and his itinerary. He will help you get equipped and on your way to join the course. A 10-minute approach walk awaits you, it is very easy to do and it is a pleasant time to discover the area.
Although we will lend you all the required equipment, remember to bring:
- Sports type clothing, preferably suited to the weather (sun cream and sunglasses in summer and windbreaker if it rains)
- Closed sports shoes (walking or running)
- A backpack (10 to 20 liters) for yourbusiness
- A bottle of water and a small snack for the end of the course.
