The water activities school offers you rental Stand Up Paddle equipment to go out for an hour independently on the water. Set off to explore the territories of your region while enjoying a invigorating discipline! You can sail on the Etang de l'Ingril, on the turquoise waters of the Etang de Vic and Thau, or row with force on the Mediterranean Seaas the wind picks up in the afternoon.
Whether you are a beginner in Stand Up Paddle or have already acquired the basics of the practice, Hérault offers you great conditions for sliding > to go further and master new techniques. In addition, an instructor from the center will give you a briefing before your departure so that you know how to use the equipment and have a good time on the water.
You will find us both on the Frontignan beach and at the edge of the Ingril pond. You will thus be in direct proximity to the two sites to collect the paddle equipment and easily reach the water on foot or your car to reach another body of water. The paddles at your disposal are adjustable, and the Paddle boards are light and wide, which makes them both transportable and stable on the water!
Good to know:
- You will be asked for an identity document at the start of the session.
- The sea is calmer in the morning and therefore more favorable for beginners.
- It is necessary to know how to swim to rent the Paddle equipment.
- We recommend that you bring something to protect yourself from the sun.
