At the start you will be greeted by your very friendly and experienced instructor who will give you instructions and your equipment for the start of the activity. The path to get to the start from the base is not very long, approximately ten minutes of walking.
Show up with your best sports outfits! A bottle of water and something to snack on in case you feel a little peckish.
