General information
Deal overview
Do you like challenges, spectacular landscapes and above all you like to share this with family? Discover the South West of France with the Via Ferrata at the source of the Adour!
The via ferrata, for novices, is an activity which is practiced in the mountain and which consists of covering a succession of obstacles arranged directly thanks to the reliefs of the mountain.
The route that we offer you here is that of the ascent of the Garet waterfall in 2h30, due to its technicality, it is only open to adults aged over 14!
To begin, you meet the mountain guide who will accompany you throughout the activity! He is there to help and ensure your safety.
You will then put on the equipment that keeps you safe, a harness, a helmet and lanyards and carabiners! You will learn how to use it correctly in a practice area before leaving for the big climb.
To ensure that you have an optimal experience, you are in small groups of a few people, this will allow your guide to be present for all and to adapt the outing if necessary (in case of rocks that are too slippery for example).
All you will have to do is enjoy for 1 hourand a half or 2 hours the zip lines, the rope bridges, the rock walls where you can try your hand at climbingand the "swings" areas, while admiring the magnificent panoramas of the Pyrenees that surround you.
During the activity you will encounter obstacles testing your balance, your concentration and your mental. For safety reasons, people over 110 kilograms cannot take part in this activity, and we do not recommend it for people in bad condition.Physical condition.
So that your activity goes as smoothly as possible, we advise you to wear sports clothing adapted to the season, as well as shoes such as walking shoes.
