Meet at Saint-Lary Soulannear Tarbes for an intense, refreshing and sporty half-day!
On arrival, you will choose a canyoning site in the Spanish Pyrenees to which we will then take the road. You will have the choice among many canyoning sites to find the one that best suits your level and your expectations.
The beauty of this discipline is in fact to combine sporting practice and the discovery of wonderful natural places. Come and spend a timeless moment in impressive canyons worthy of a waking dream like that of Mont Perdido or the Sierra de Guara in Spain.
The outing we are offering here is open to all adventurers over the age of seven who are able to swim. A state qualified instructor will first make you aware of the safety instructions and will provide you with the canyoning equipment. A waterproof bag will be offered to you so that you can protect your personal belongings during the session, but remember to bring a swimsuit and a snack!
After a briefing on the progress of the outing and the basics of canyoning, you will be ready to venture with the instructor into the descent of the canyons... Gain confidence as you go. and-as you progress through the narrow gorges, and enjoy performing jumps and rappelling descents.
Good to know:
- Allow €3 to park your vehicle in the Canyon car park.
- Bring an identity document (for canyons in Spain).
- Possibility to rent pairs of special shoes and slippers for the canyon.
- The activity is subject to favorable weather conditions.
