- Get started with the activity which will last half a day (i.e. 2 hours 30 minutes).
- After the end of the activity, the return is planned to the starting point by bus.
- In addition to the circuit for adults, another for children is also offered.

- Regrouptowards the starting point where an instructor will take care to explain to you all the stages of the route (which you will discover once there), as well as the different security measures and more details concerning the essential equipment and their functions for the conduct of the activity.
- Launch of the activity (with of course the supervision of an instructor for the little ones' circuit).
- Return by shuttle bus at the end of the activity.
