With the one-day surfing course you will learn the theoretical and practical bases of this fantastic sport together with our teachers, all of whom hold the ISA instructor certification.
The lessons will be held on the Ligurian beaches, which with their sand bottom are perfect for those who want to approach this sport to learn in complete safety.
There will be a theoretical lesson, followed by a muscle warm-up with stretching and finally we will take up the board and go out into the sea. The latter is the longest and most fun part of the course.
In a short time you will learn to keep your balance on the board and ride the waves!
