Thanks to our Junior Surf Courses, designed and studied specifically for children aged 7 to 12 years of age, everyone will be able to learn while having fun and in total safety, always under the attentive gaze of the instructors.
The surfing course for children includes a total of seven and a half hours of lessons divided into five days of lessons.
The lessons consist of a theoretical part followed by an hour of practice at sea. The theoretical part will touch on the following topics:
- The formation of waves and the history of surfing as a sport
- The main rules to follow
- How the tides work and where to surf
- Safety on the surfboard
- The main jumping techniques on the board
- The movement of the feet on the surf and the correct posture to maintain
- Various balance techniques
- Turn the surfboard
- Row lying on the board (paddling)
- Styles for surfing correctly
