The course is structured into five days of lessons, for a total of seven and a half hours. Each lesson is divided into a theoretical and a practical part, where you can try your hand at practicing this exciting sport.
We will start with the easy things: using a softboard, made with a soft material and perfect for beginners, we will practice on the beach, before entering the water to practice the main techniques learned.
The first of these will be paddling, which consists of paddling lying on your stomach on the board, starting to catch the waves, calculating the < perfect strong>timing so you don't miss the perfect wave.
You will then learn to maintain balance, move your feet correctly on the board and turn it in the direction you want.
Although our instructors give particular importance to practical lessons, a bit of theory is necessary! For this reason you will learn a little about the history of surfing and board design, discovering how the tides work and the best places to surf.
These and many others will be the themes of the surfing lessons!
At the end of the course you will be able to move independently with surfing, having fun in safety and in company like never before!
