We welcome you to Angletfor a private surf lesson lasting one hour! This surf lesson is intended for all profiles and all levels!
Our surf school is therefore located in Anglet, in the heart of the Basque Coast. It is less than 10 minutes from Biarritzand 15 minutes from Bayonne. We are located more precisely on the Corsaires beach. On this beach, you will discover a wild setting, away from the city center.
Once you arrive on the beach, you will meet our team and your instructor. Your state-certified instructor will take care of you and ask you for a quick update on your surfing level. Before putting on your surf suit, you will place your personal belongings in a locker provided for this purpose. Your instructor will then give you quality equipment and in particular, an 8 surfboard which will be adapted to your level of surfing as well as your body shape.
Following this, your instructor will take you to the practice location and teach you how to observe the marine environment. You will then do a warm-up and begin your theoretical lesson on the sand for approximately 10 minutes. Here, you will discover the typical positions to adopt on a surfboard and discover the technical vocabulary of this board sport.
You will then set off to conquer the waves with your instructor. He will be by your side, in the water throughout the session, to advise you as best as possible.
