Find our leisure center on Boulevard du Général Leclerc in Hendaye, where you will be welcomed in a warm and friendly atmosphere! Other meeting points are possible in Ciboure, Urrugne, Socoa.
If you are a novice, we will teach you the basics of surfing. We'll take your surfing to the next level, whether you're an intermediate or advanced surfer. We will work with you to improve your technique, your use of the wave, so that you can get the most pleasure and advancement from the experience. Our well-trained and qualified instructors will do a comprehensive analysis to help you develop and analyze your technique and style.
You will be able to choose the best equipment available for your skill level. We offer wetsuits, surfboards, changing rooms and a shower to rinse off.
Good to know:
- Please keep in mind that no group will be larger than 8 people.
- You are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the lesson to set up the equipment.
- All you need is a towel, sunscreen, flip flops and a smile!

We are pleased to offer you these three group lessons on the Hendaye beach in the south-east of France, department of Pyrénées-Atlantiques strong>. We want to pass on our passion and our knowledge of surfers to you so that you too can experience the joys of this nautical board sport.
Schedule your lessons:
- We reserve you a warm welcome to our surf center, located just a few meters from Hendaye beach. Your instructor will introduce himself to you and invite you to put down your personal belongings to provide you with the equipment. Once you are in your wetsuit and have your surfboard, we will go to the beach.
- Your instructor will give you a briefing: he will cover the safety rules, the instructions, and he will ask questions to the group to adapt the course to the general level.
- During the three lessons, you will start with theoretical instruction on the sand: how to stand on the surfboard, how to catch the wave, how to balance on the board and anticipate waves, etc.
- Then it's time to practice, enter the sea and surf the waves of the Basque coast! Have fun and enjoy this unique moment in this exceptional environment!

We welcome you to Hendaye, a popular surfing destination. As Hendaye is sheltered by a port, the waves are significantly less strong than elsewhere on the coast. As a result, Hendaye Beach is an excellent place to start surfing in France.
The meeting place is boulevard du Général Leclerc. We suggest arriving at the meeting point in advance to prepare.
Our team will present to you the program of the five sessions in which you will participate according to your surfing level. Then, we give you your equipment and you leave with the group and your instructor for two hours of lessons.
Our qualified instructors will adapt to your level and will help you discover the world of surfing at your own pace!
During these five lessons, you will learn how to get up and surf the waves while staying safe on the board. Throughout each session, your instructor will follow you and help you adopt the correct technique in the water to help you develop the correct posture and surfing methods. After completing a course, you can take stock with your instructor and plan the next session based on what you have learned.
