1 Surf Discovery Lesson - Cavaliers Beach 1h30

Have you never tried surfing and is this water sport appealing to you? We offer you a surf lesson lasting 1 hour 30 minutes in the company of certified instructors.

For this surf lesson, we welcome you to the Cavaliers Beach in Anglet. This beach is renowned worldwide for the majestic waves it offers. It is bordered by green spaces, enough to get away from it all and breathe the air of nature. The commune of Anglet is located in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department.

Once you arrive at the meeting place, namely Cavaliers beach, you will find our instructors who will take care of you. He will explain to you how the surf lesson will take place and you will leave with them on the sand. After a little briefing regarding the safety instructions to follow, the posture to adopt on your surfboard and other technical advice, you will go into the water to do your first steps.

Throughout the session, our instructors will be in the water, as close as possible to you, to help you find your balance, navigate, navigate the waves, stand up, etc. At the end of the course, you will return to the welcome where you will hand over your equipment to our team and debrief on this first surf lesson!

The surf lessons will take place in Anglet, on the Cavalier Beach. Angletis located on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques. This French commune is located just 5 minutes from Biarritz. Regarding the beachon which you will take your surf lessons, it is the ideal spot to take your surf lessons: many professional surf competitions take place there.

We are therefore waiting for you on the beachmentioned above, 20 minutes before the start of the course. Here you will be welcomed by our staff in a friendly and professional atmosphere. After having a quick assessment of your sliding level, you will receive your equipment and head to the sea with your instructor and the rest of the participants.

On the sand, you will benefit from explanations on the technical vocabulary to master, on the discipline of surfing in general and on the content of this first lesson. During the session, you will learn to tame the waves, to master your balance, to change direction... During 1 hour 30 minutes, you will learn to familiarize yourself with the ocean strong>and with your boardunder the wise advice of your instructorwho will be in the water with you. When the course comes to an end, you will debrief with your guide on what you have learned and prepare the content for the next surf course!

We offer you a internship of 5 courses. You will spend an hour and a half on the water every day. Our classes never exceed 8 people in order to ensure personalized support for each student. You will thus be able to have specific advice for your practice and exercises adapted to your areas of improvement.

You will have the chance to be supervised by a qualified instructor. He will share his passion and his good humor so that you have a time that is both playful and fun. Our goal is to help you progress while making you have a good time that will make you smile.

The groups are organized by levels to allow everyone to improve at their own pace. This way, you won't be overwhelmed by events, but you won't be bored either!

This course is therefore accessible regardless of your level. We will be delighted to welcome experienced surfers who wish to improve their skills and it will also be a pleasure to receive new recruits who give their all. joy of taking their first steps on a surfboard.

At the end of the internship, we will give you a diploma and a medal attesting to your level.

You will operate on a spot on the Cavaliers Beach in the town of Anglet. Our surf school is located 5 minutes from Biarritz and 15 minutes from Bayonne. We have quality facilities (showers, relaxation area, etc.).

We will provide you with all the necessary equipment for your surf lessons. Sensitive to environmental protection, we favor local service providers and offer equipment from recycling as much as possible.
