We run our beginner surfing lessons at Newgale Beach. We aim to teach you how to stand up, keep balance, and ride waves with confidence. A professional and ASI-qualified instructor will start your lesson with a quick safety briefing and tuition. The course includes essential knowledge such as rips and self-rescue, catching waves prone, signage, risks and safety, negotiating the waves, and more.
Your course is approximately three hours long, and you'll have the chance to practise at your pace. We supply all the equipment such as surfboards, boots, wetsuits and safety equipment. You must bring warm clothing, a swimweaar, and a towel.
The minimum age to participate is seven years old. All participants must know how to swim 50m. Having a day on the beach is a relaxing plan, but adding some adventure to it can be the perfect dose of adrenaline to regain positive energies!
