The meeting point for this surf lesson is at the naked ass naturist beach. We kindly ask you to arrive on site 15 minutes before the start of the course. Once you arrive at our structure, you will get to know your instructor as well as the rest of the students. The group session will begin with a briefing and the handing over of your equipment.
You will then leave for 1 hour 30 minutes of gliding on the water, where you will discover, among other things, the vocabulary specific to surfing as well as the world of this discipline. You will also learn how to handle your surfboard, how to slide on the waves correctly, how to adopt the right posture... Your instructor is state graduatewho will accompany you as closely as possible during this lesson. He will give you your equipment and give you a briefing on the course of the sessions you will follow.
You will then head towards the sea and begin your first session. During the lessons you will take, you will learn to control your glide, to make turns and changes of direction...
