Your surf lesson will take place in Capbreton, a French commune located in the New-Aquitaine region. It is located on the Atlantic coastline and therefore has a privileged geographical position, close to numerous beaches.
For this private surf lesson, we welcome you to Capbreton. Here, you will be taken care of by one of our state-certified instructors with whom you will establish initial contact.
Following this, you will tell him about your level as well as your expectations and together you will define the content of this surf lesson. You will then collect your equipment and head to the beach for a warm-up. The warm-up will be tai chi chuan, a perfect approach to prepare you for the surf lesson that you will take.
During the course, you will learn the basics of this nautical discipline, the specificities linked to the surfing environment, the position to adopt, the techniques to acquire... Obviously, the content of the course will depend on your knowledge in the subject. Throughout the course, your instructor will be at your side to correct you and teach you in an educational and professional manner.
Once the course comes to an end, you will return to our school and drop off your materials.

- You can take this course in English, German, French or Spanish.
- You must be at least 6 years old to take this surf lesson.
