Group Surfing Lesson in Capbreton 2 hours

Are you planning a stay in the Landesand would like to take the opportunity to introduce yourself to surfing? Come learn more about this discipline with this 2-hour group course.

Our structure is located in Capbreton, in the New Aquitaine region. Located in the Landes department, this town is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean. The city therefore has around a hundred meters of coastline where boardsport enthusiasts find their happiness.

For this group course, once you arrive at the meeting place, you will find our instructors who will welcome you in a friendly and professional atmosphere. They will make you join the rest of the participants and give you your equipment. You will then, firstly, carry out a tai chi chuan warm-up which will prepare you for the practice of this sliding sport.

After this, the class will begin. You will first learn, on the sand, to acquire the right posture and discover the surfing vocabulary. Secondly, you will head to the ocean, get on your surfboard and put into practice what you have just learned. You will take your first steps accompanied by your professional instructor who will correct and advise you throughout the course.

• Classes can be taught in French, German, English and Spanish!
• We welcome you from April to October.
• This activity is intended for ages 6 and over.
• There will never be more than 8 of you in groups.

Have you always been attracted to surfing, but never dared to take the plunge? Discover this water sport during a 4-hour group lesson.

We welcome you to Capbreton, a French commune located in the Landes department. It is located on the Atlantic coastline and therefore has many beaches suitable for surfing. It is located a few kilometers from Hossegor and Biarritz.

The meeting place for this surf lesson is therefore located in the town mentioned above. Once you arrive on site, you will be looked after by one of our instructors. He will ask you your level and you will join the rest of the participants. Following this, you will collect your equipment and benefit from a briefing including an explanation of the course and the safety instructions to follow.

You will then head onto the sand for a tai chi chuan warm-up. This martial art is ideal for preparing your body and mind for surfing. You will benefit from theoretical contributions then from direct practical application in the Atlantic Ocean. During the course, you will be accompanied by a state instructor for around twenty years.

You will never be more than 8 students in order to ensure maximum comfort. You will learn the technical aspect of this discipline and discover the specific world of surfing. Depending on your level, you will learn the basics, technical vocabulary, good posture, and mastering the waves. These 4 hours of lessons will be very complete and will allow you to quickly assimilate what you will learn. When the course comes to an end, you will return to dry land where you will debrief with our instructor about this moment on the water.
