You will find your feet in no time with this 90-minute surfing lesson on the South Coast of Ireland that is ideal for beginners!

West Cork has several stunning beaches with excellent surfing conditions, and Garrettstown Beach is one of the most popular destinations in the area for surfing and the location for this session.

It is our aim for you to find your balance, stand confidently and ride a wave by the time the lesson is over and with the expert teaching of a vastly experienced surfer and fully qualified instructor, you shouldn't have any problems achieving this after learning from the best and gaining several valuable opportunities to practice your skills in a serene sea environment surrounding by stunning coastal sights.

We provide all the necessary equipment for the lesson, such as a top-of-the-range surfboard and wetsuit. We also deliver a safety briefing and some on-land demonstrations to prepare you for the surfing experience properly.

Please note that this is an adult session available to those 16 and over; we have alternative options that you can check out for those under 16s.

We are calling all beginners under 16 to join this 90-minute surf lesson at Garrettstown Beach and spend some of their time catching a thrill and riding some waves!

At first, you might struggle with no experience, but with the professional advice of a seasoned surfer and highly qualified instructor, you will gain the confidence and skill to stand tall on your board and ride a wave before the lesson ends.

On top of expert advice and guidance, we will supply you with a top-quality surfboard and wetsuit. After suiting up, your passionate instructor will deliver a safety briefing and lead you through some demonstrations on the beach before hitting the water and tackling the waves.

All juniors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to participate. If you are over 16, we have a price equivalent for adults you can check out.
